Two frets higher, like the bent 6 should be a bent 8. Check out this vid too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LmncRal2944

Holy hell. This isn't a little discrepancy or a small error. This exchange is a huge red flag in regards to your comprehension and interpretation of sound itself.
Is your guitar in tune. Are you in standard tuning? EADGBe) You're an entire full step off. Try to play it a full step higher. Try to play it a full step lower? Which one sounds right? There's your answer.
You've really gotta figure this out, man. With tabbing and covering music, there are two ways to go: 1) Get it exactly/nearly how it's originally played (you can do this by buying the pillows' band scores. or 2) Ball park it, get it pretty close to being right - your open chords may be barre chords, but it essentially sounds "correct."
What's going on here is neither of those. What's going on is either the failure of you not telling us your guitar is tuned a full step up or down (I haven't checked the tab, I wouldn't know), or a failure of your ears and brain which maybe completely out of sync.
Sorry to sound so harsh, but this really is a huge issue when it comes to your development as a guitar player.

Leave him alone, he's my friend, I'm sure he is just playing around.
