Soul Calibur IV
Hey guys. Anyone else think this game should be, and will be awesome? I mean, it has fucking Yoda and Darth Vader in it! Another reason to get a PS3/XBox 360 for me.

Re: Soul Calibur IV
I heard in the US version they are going to censor the beewbs from Ivy. And they will also include something similar to fatalities. Which in my opinion is a phail. But i'll buy it. Me and my brother still enjoy a good soul calibur 2. I pwn him. I own a ps3 so i can wait for it Ivy >>> big beewbs = Happy People

That's what people said with Link being in soul calibur 2. My friend owns the gamecube version and says they made link to strong in the game. I own an xbox and gamecube but I own only the xbox version.
I guess I know what you mean when you say it don't fit >.> but they are making fatalities aswell. So it will be one of those if they pull it off good it will work. If they don't then it wont.

Re: Soul Calibur IV
Kilik has a big bamboo stick and that other girl has a big stick as well. So a light saber isn't that big of a shocker. And also that one guy that has that thing in his stomach he has a ball as a weapon and it turns to a big light sword. So it's not weird. I find yoda wont fit in. He seems to small

Re: Soul Calibur IV
The issue for me is the mixing of disparate sci-fi and medieval-ish fantasy concepts/characters. I thought Link was a good fit, Spawn and Heihachi not so much, and so Darth and Yoda not so much.
And... technically a light saber would cut through any of the other weapons (except maybe the Soul Edge).

Re: Soul Calibur IV
it is getting a bit ridiculous. but hey, ssb has characters that just seem out of place in their game, hopefully they can make it work.

Re: Soul Calibur IV
Of course they can "make it work," but that won't make it any less ridiculous. btw Link was the best of the exclusive characters.

I believe I stated how great I believe Link to be in the Soul Calibur II thread. His AB throw was godly. So many ringouts...SO QUICKLY!

Re: Soul Calibur IV
Eh. I think Darth will be kickass fun to play. I never played the games for the mythology or storyline or anything so the lightsaber vs sword stuff doesn't bother me a bit.

Re: Soul Calibur IV
Baywatch: The Game. I think if the artists showed as much restraint when creating outfits as they do with Talim (she always looks classy and attractive) It wouldn't be such a problem with me. I just can't stand all the hypersecks'd outfits and bodies. Yes, large chested female fighters have been in nearly every fighting game ever, I know. I've always hated it. Things like Sophitia's face-sitting reverse-pedigree kinda thing also have me concerned. Who thought of that. That's just me, though. Enjoy your Muffbombs, Sumo undies, eating disorders, swinging unmentionables and whatnot. Does this game have Create-a-character? I had fun with that in 3. Not like I have a 360 or PS3 anyways... Also, the Star Wars characters. I'm currently on the fence. I think I may have stated this all once before in a previous SC discussion, but yeah, I'd like to see more ATHLETICALLY FIT/STRONG FEMALE FIGHTERS WHO WEAR MODEST BUT UNIQUELY DECORATED OUTFITS PLZ KTHANX.

Re: Soul Calibur IV
I agree with Cloudy, Talim was the most attractive in SS3 and 2. Ivy's default outfit is just ridiculous along with Taki's.
