It's amusing that the only time I need RealPlayer anymore is when there are new pillows sound samples.
Not good enough to get me to download that crap program, however
I might avoid samples for this single anyway so it'll be new when I actually get it in the mail (well as new as it can get considering I've heard two of the three).

spoiler alert: Sawao failed again, due to him completely overtaking/overproducing the Mr. Droopy chorus. Still a great song, but in order of preference...1) Manabe & Jun's bababas... 2) Sawao's...3) Sawao's, but vocoded/robotic. Ugh.
Still. Sounds solid. Finger Post of Magic just sounds....well, it'll be interesting.

So I apparently have no will power, installed RealShitworks Player and listened to the samples. New Animal sounds like I expected. They did ass up the Mr Droopy chorus, but I might not mind as much if I hadn't heard it live first. The song kind of sounds like something from Smile to me, which is cool.
That bit of Finger Post of Magic sounds pretty damn badass.

Do you guys know if the band has switched producers and/or recording studios in the recent years? Have they been working with a different producer since signing with Avex? I didn't think they mixed and mastered themselves but I haven't read the credits from any recent album. And last question does anyone HAPPEN to know their setup for recording? I.E. Digidesign boards, mics and whathaveyou?

Yeah. Looks like they're still getting on with that catchy motif' thing that they've been carrying for a while. I'll be interested to see how the song itself actually goes along.
