I'd love to work something out. My quest to raise 200 dollars in two weeks to go is not working out so well >:[ . Since there is no place that pays for plasma in chicago, that hurts, and Im not getting accepted into any focus groups.

if we could combine forces and get our hands on a car we can make a road trip out there. I've done if before. If we rotate drivers it can be done in 16 hours easy. We could find a cheap youth hostel to stay in for a night or split a single in a hotel before heading back to chicago. I have relatives over there too as a last resort. I just dont have a car though. lol

I'd love to join for Taco Bell in NYC, but my wife thinks im enough of a nerd as it is, then to join up with a bunch of Pillows people before the show.

I dunno, maybe I could just happen to "suggest" it 8)

Haha, dido...I'll have my dad, friend, and litle brother with me this time around so I probably won't be meeting up with you guys.

Anyone know of anything fun to do in midtown/near the venue?? It's the first day of my spring break so I'll probably hit up the city real early and spend the day walking/shopping/eating/raeding papers/sitting in parks like last time. Best day of my life.

A few blocks downtown you can shop around Union Square. They there are a lot of shops around there especially if you keep heading to NOHO or SoHo. Then up town you have 34th street, another big shopping place like Macys, Manhattan mall etc.

Go to the Nintendo World Store, thats an easy fun way to kill time. Its in Rockefeller Square. Its on the orange line subway. Lots of cafe's and shops there too to wander about in.

When you go up and outdoors, find the skating rink outside (there are signs), face the golden statue from the opposite side, and turn slightly left to the street to the left just pass the news station, and look for nintendo world on the outer corner of the block, just ask one of the guys all dressed up if you need help, thats what they are there for.

That's according to my memory, so I hope thats right, but just follow signs to the skating rink and youll eventually find it.

Coincidence. I'll be bringing a sibling around that age, too.
