God do I wish I could somehow sever the tie between the pillows and anime. I mean, it's great that I got to really know the band thanks for FLCL, but the fact that 99% of people outside of Japan just know them as "they made the music for the fooly coolys" never ceases to get on my nerves.

WTF? Why is all that information wrong? ROSS came out in 2000, and the company that produced FLCL was GAINAX, not 'Evangelion'. Evangelion is another anime GAINAX produced in the mid 90s!
That pisses me off. 
And why is their history before FLCL always half assed? That was a horrible summary of their career.

I dunno... it's definitely not written by a native English speaker, and I would assume their own reps wouldn't mess it up... but then again, it's not written by a native English speaker!
More importantly, their SXSW show is scheduled now: March 15. That's gotta suck... they'll be going from LA to Austin back to SF in a weekend.

Yeah it does suck going from California to Texas back to California, but what sucks even more is that the stupid place is only admitting people 21 and older

Hey Terra, you were the one who was in contact with Che before right? Has he said anything about trying to schedule more shows here?
