 ssslllooowww is it just me, or have the forums been loading incredibly slow for the past couple days? it takes me around a whole minute to load a single page  . it's not my connection because every other website loads just fine.

I've noticed that the forum gets slow from time to time, and anything between moderately slow and ridiculously slow is not uncommon. It must be a server-side issue.

yeah, it seems to come and go. right now it's working fine, but it's been very slow for the majority of the past 3 or 4 days.

I noticed that yesterday too... seems fine now. I can probably lodge a complaint with my provider if it happens again.
Edit: I take that back. It's still kinda slow.

I noticed it yesterday or the day before, but at the moment it's loading without problems.
ninjaedit: now it seems to take about 5-10 seconds to load a page

I will look into upgrading the forum, it might help... something I need to do anyway, just didn't get around to it ever since phpBB revamped their site and made it a pain to find the little upgrade packages.

You have all been complaining that it's slow =3 For me the reason it's slow is due to it has to load all the images and stuff You people put in your avatars and your other stuff  I just stop the page half way and it loads fast. Haven't notice anything wrong with it.

No dude, it's the site itself--if I can open up the main page to Yahoo in no time, that's saying something about how many images can be loaded quickly.
