But you should've figured out to go to your speakers' properties anyway by the nonsensical, awe-struck advice I'd mentioned.
Or if you have a speaker icon in your toolbar (you're using Windows, right?) Right-click it and then go to Playback Devices. A window should pop up displaying what you have, i.e. speakers, headphones, realtek audio devices... whatever and then go to the properties of the speaker. From there, there should be a tab labelled "Enhancements" click on it, obviously and have fun.
EDIT: Those one earbuds look awfully painful.

My personal preference when it comes to buying headphones/quivalent are the ones that connect in the back because its hard for them to fall off your head and out of your ears. Ideal for running use and many are very comfortable while providing a good sound. They just need to be more noise-cancelling and noise-leakage efficient. Yeah, there are exceptions, I know, but not many, so don't bother pointing it out please.
