Well, what I like about his lyrics is that even though they may/may not be about a girl, they seem ambiguous enough for me to be able to relate. I mean, 99.9% of pillows lyrics are very easy to relate to for me, which is why I like them over a lot of English bands. In freshman year of highschool, I used to listen to all that emotastic stuff and everyone was like "Wow, I can relate to this sadness" but I couldn't relate to driving around on a rainy Saturday night after getting dumped by my girlfriend at a concert so I need to go smoke some joints and get drunk on whiskey to ease my sorrow while the rain crys for me, and then randomly take a shot at the government because that's what obviously screwed up my life even though it's incredibly out of place in the song. lol. The fact that pillows songs have messages that are mostly innocent and see situations from a different perspective and Sawao didn't sit around cutting himself like those emo songs really attracted me to their music.

I preordered from HMV and it arrived two days ago...

HMV is lame. I would be suprised if you got it at all. CdJapan however is awesome. They sent it out of the 13th, and I got it on the 16th. Way cool shit.

Yes, I ordered my Scarecrows from there. Great stuff. Too bad the pillows never include them in their extras. Otaku's really good too. Only they usually don't have pre-order items.

HMV is THE shit. :3 I always get things within five days from them, and they never let me down. Plus they have better shipping prices and better prices in general than pretty much all the other sites.

HMV comes with extras and reasonable shipping times/prices.

Actualy I got the single for $16.+change from CDJapan, whereas from HMV they were gonna charge me over $20 for it. Also, I got it in three days from CDJapan whereas some people who ordered from HMV still haven't gotten there's yet. Hmm... and yet HMV is better....


It took them 3 weeks to send me Wakeup!x3. 3 weeks... I live in California so it's not like it's going as far as say... New York...

I wish CDJapan would get extras instead of HMV.

That's odd, I only paid 18 bucks for my single, including shipping. On top of that, most of the time when I check, HMV has better prices on things I want, though I did get one of my SUPERCAR singles from CDJapan because it was cheaper at the time.
