There is, but there are actually three different versions of the Acoustic version of Bokura no HAREE Suisei.

The one from the video in that link is from that weird T.V. show.
The second is one in black in white with Sawao singing and Manabe playing.

The last track doesn't have a video I'm aware of, and it sounds almost identical to the one in black and white, but at the end where Sawao goes, "Zuttooooo~!" Sawao goes, "Zuttoooooo Oooo oooo Zuttooooooo Oooo oooo etc. futari de itai yo"

This is the tab format for an open A major chord.
The bottom line is the low E, the top line is the high e, the numbers represent the frets. For lead lines, you use other symbols, which you can just look up online.

Try reading notes. Ugh. I can't read notes.

Probably not very relevant, but in the "love songs for couples"-version he varies the first C-chord by tapping his index finger on the B-string. I think that chord (x32000) is Cmaj7.
