I bought Absolution awhile back, and I really liked it.
Although, their previous work was not as good, I bought ShowBiz, an it just didn't grab me like Absolution.
The singer, Matt Belamy(?), really takes alot from Thom Yorke.
Actually he takes alot from 'Pablo Honey'/'The Bends' period Thom Yorke,
which Thom has obviously left behind.
My favorite song would probably be Apocalypse Now.

I'm ultra mega nercoing this thread back to life because I just saw them live yesterday.
Their show was completely mind blowing. It's was easily the best show I've seen to date. Although I thoroughly enjoyed the pillows show in Chicago, Muse was so much better. An amazing band to see live. They had some awesome jam sessions in between songs and some cool ad-libbing in other songs. I really liked one of their jam sessions when they were just playing some cool jazz. If they ever come around your hometown, go see them.

Yeah, I really like Muse a lot. I heard that they are just amazing live, which seems to be the case from what I've seen on youtube. Their new stuff is just ok, but Absolution and Origin of Symmetry are two really great albums!

Some guy in my dorm said that they're similar to Queen in certain aspects. Anyone agree? I never listened to any of their stuff =/.

Not at all. Well, maybe when he gets to some high pitched vocals, but that'd be like saying Sawao sings like Queen.

I don't think the band is that interesting from what I've heard, but "Knights Of Cydonia" has one of the best music videos ever. Seriously.

Yeah, Knights was great.
The one thing I like about Muse is that they're really talented. A 3 piece band, that's so loud, I thought they were a 4 piece band until I read up on them. Every single member is extremely talented at what they do.
The vocalist, has a perfect blend between rhythm and lead guitars; Also plays some great piano pieces. The bassist, it just amazing. He's probably my favorite bassist. Just listen to Hysteria, Time is Running Out, and Uno. The drummer, I just love his fills. His drumming really stands out to me.[/sucking Muse's cock]
I don't know what you guys have heard from Muse, but if you only heard their recent album, I really didn't like that album. It's my least favorite Muse album.
Here's some MVs:

Just awesome.
Yeah, but definitely their old stuff is way better.
