Alot of their B-Sides are underrated, like Going Down and Cherry. Also, Moon Gold's extremely underrated, but I think that's my 5th time saying that.

I'm gonna (again) support that Moon Gold call. Every time I listen to Moon Gold, I go through the whole album without stopping, and remember why it kicks so much ass.

Noboronai Taiyou and Kizuato Sasayaki Daremo Inai no Paradise are possibly in my top ten of pirouzu songs, as Munji pointed them out.
I didn't really think that either were underrated. Of the two though, I have to tip my hat to Noboronai Taiyou--the drums and guitar in the intro alone are worth fapping to.

I think those two songs are really underrated, too, especially the second one. That was what I liked about Penalty Life - they actually did some more morose sounding stuff with it, which sadly hasn't been seen since.

I don't know why they had to do such a repetitive chorus. the song had potential to be much better.

Penalty life has some classics to me actually. Scar Whispers, Freebee Honey, and noboranai taiyou stand out the most. Underrated album.

I love that chorus, and I don't see why a repetitive chorus makes it a worse song than it could be. :/

Indeed.
But, imo the chorus is better than Sweet Sweet Baggy Days. As part of the album, the songs good, but by itself its not....great.

i do really think a song could get better without choruses like I Know You, Serious Plan... well, it's not a prejudice. i do like Sweet Baggy Days chorus, it's like the song asks for a chorus like that. just as Happy Slave.
but a long time ago, when i first downloaded pillows stuff, i deleted Like a Lovesong (Back to Back) after listening to it twice. those multiple 'aw yeah yeah's sounded horrible.

i said only when i first downloaded it. i have all of their songs now. but what i mean is that those songs i said would sound better to me if the chorus wasn't so repetitive.
i really like like a love song and i know you (this one's chorus bores me more)
