Well, you probably only played the first 7 trainers, am I right? It gets much harder, trust me. ;] The pokemon don't go in your 'dex, but take my word that it gets more interesting, and the prizes are excellent.

1. Cherrim you can get by putting honey on trees. I'm not sure where else you can see it for sure... I know I needed to see Cherubi to complete mine after the elite four.
2. Don't remember
3. Outside that place with the windmills on Fridays.

Hey, not that this matters much, but did they fix that shitty-ass thing in Fire Red/Leaf Green so that when you actually catch 'em all, the old man in Cerulean or wherever actually gives you a Mew instead of the certificate?

No, I saw a trainer with it. And then I realized I should've gone to Iron Island ages ago and saw a trainer with Cherrim. Nat. Dex filled out. So do I need to have other copies of Pokemon in order to get the Pal Park to work?

So I can't help you there, unless you fail to find one before I complete the game. Elekid, which also requires Fire Red, I currently don't have.

Yeah, PokeRadar and Route 230. But I'm not to the Elite Four yet...still on Victory Road. I'm looking for that 6th Pokemon in my team to be really solid...I don't want to take the Staraptor I don't really care about through Victory Road / E4

I'll have spare Togepis soon. It took a little while to find one. :/
