Spiderman3
Anyone else seen it yet?
Definitely the best yet.
I especially liked the part when peter turned all emo because of the simbiot suit.

Almost the entirety of my theater's audience (myself not included) booed at the end.

yeah, it was definitely the best of the three. Venom was bad ass! There was a Bruce Campbell cameo for a few seconds. I didn't recognize him at first.
I was glad that they used an original soundtrack (there may have been a few songs, but they were old or jazz, so nobody would really recognize them if they were not original songs). The last one was such a sell out to Dashboard, or the other way around. There are a lot of pop-culture references (obviously) and even some propaganda! Overall though, it was pretty decent. Go during the day if you can, the kids in the theatre wouldn't stop talking or crinkling bags of candy...

Yeah I saw it on friday. It was great for the most part but there was a few scenes (mostly towards the end) where it got a little corny.
That one scene where they break up at the bridge felt fake. Everybody was laughing because it seemed like a novela *soap opra* especially any time Tobey Maguire cried. The action scenes were the best in this movie. I was happy at the end though with Venom..that was amazing.
Topher Grace did real well in this movie. He makes a perfect Venom.
Overall I think Spiderman 3 is the best one out of all of them. I still have a soft spot for the first one though...maybe it's because its the original or that its the origin

I thought it was really good. I've only seen 2 once, so I can't remember how well it compares, but the fight scenes in the movie were amazing. And that's what really matters in a superhero movie, right?

[spoilers]
Saw it. Enjoyed it, for the most part.
What I didn't like was the fact that there was no true villain here.
1) Harry. A somewhat confused young adult. His hate for Spiderman is understandable, considering he truly believes that he killed his fater. Ends up helping Spiderman in the end. Not really a bad guy.
2) Sandman. Responsible for the uncle's death, but...wasn't it determined that the gun went off on accident? Sandman just mopes around most of the time. His desire to steal cash is justified, as he's trying to save his daughter's life. Again, not an evil character in the slightest.
3) Venom. The photographer dude is genuinely a good photographer. He gets royally screwed over by Peter when he's in black-suit-emo-total-prick mode. He follows through with the theme of vengeance, becoming Venom, and then the movie's one real baddie. But still. It seems like the real enemy was the black goo that came to earth via the meteor.
It seems that for a superhero movie, a true villainn, a true "I WILL DESTROY THE WORLD" villain would suffice. Maybe the intent was that all evil-doers must have some true motive to be evil. And that's fine. But it just felt a little empty.
The point is, I'm not supposed to fucking SYMPATHIZE with the evil guys! Argh!
In conclusion, I would bang Kirsten Dunst.

Venom looked awesome in the movie. The fighting scenes with Venom were amazing. I didn't like the fact that Venom didn't last so long in the movie. What was it? Like 30 mins of screen time only? Some parts were a bit corny, and for the most part I agree with Golden RHino with pretty much everything he said.

***********SPOILERS************
1) Harry. A somewhat confused young adult. His hate for Spiderman is understandable, considering he truly believes that he killed his fater. Ends up helping Spiderman in the end.
When the buttler decides, "oh, hmm, well, ya, I guess maybe its about time I reveal the information that will stop this vengence-fueled killer - welcome to the film, mr. deus ex machina...
2) Sandman. Responsible for the uncle's death, but...wasn't it determined that the gun went off on accident? Sandman just mopes around most of the time. His desire to steal cash is justified, as he's trying to save his daughter's life. Again, not an evil character in the slightest.
Except that one part in the middle where he decides that spider man must die - before that and after that, he's all nice and sympathetic - inconsistent characters? yup, yup...yup.
And then there are the pumpkin bombs that appear to be the same, but in one case only jack up Harry's face a bit, and in another incinerate eddie, wtf?
There's a lot of other wonky stuff, though I suppose a lot of it can bre rationalized away. Of course I still enjoyed the movie plenty - its just that it was very flawed in many respects. And criminey, that spidey is freakin' ninja, eh?

Yeah I was wondering about the bombs killing Eddy, and just burning Harry. I doubt that Venom was truly killed by just that bomb blast. t could be, but I somehow doubt it.

Okay, so I was a HUGE Spiderman fan as a kid. I thought the movie was quite good. A bit inaccurate, and felt rushed, but there was a lot of cool stuff in it. There were some overdone moments, and some silly stuff, but overall good. I don't like how they just blew Venom up though, that's so not like what happened, but the action was great, and Spiderman with Hobgoblin fighting side by side was awesome.

I felt that the second movie was a bit rushed.
Still good.

I thought the second movie was perfect in it's own way.
This one, however, felt rushed.
