I was wondering what was happening with this song. I admit, this is pretty quick for another single to come out, but Daydream Wonder did come out even quicker after Kool Spice, so who knows.

Off-topic, but GNB is great. I can't give you a logical argument for why they are good, because that would be trying to fight the already-lost war on absence, but I really find them enjoyable. Continue this in GNB thread?

Heard it live, but don't remember it for crap. At the time I was hearing scarecrow, propose, and lady bird girl for the first time, and I remember that afterwards the latter two sorta clumped together in my head with scarecrow floating off somewhere else as having a distinctly different tone than the other two, for what that's worth. Perhaps lady bird girl and propose are relatively close in style? I really freaking wish I could pull out that memory clearer...

Did you even understand the concept of my post? Of course 1997 was their best year. I was getting at the fact that they released so much good stuff that year, Sawao thinks he can pull it off again, depite Avex pressuring them for another release. This isn't 1997 and the magic is gone.
