Could it be possible that they actually meant "I won't call you Scarecrow" rather than "I want call you Scarecrow"?

So... Tsuyogari's album version has grown on me a lot more now, and I still love the guitar work and I really enjoy the synth.
I just wish that towards the last minute or so, they'd repeat that solo thing and have it follow the lyrics for the next verse. It'd be effin' SWEET. Especially if you could understand what I'm trying to talk about.
