HAHA, look what I found on the english BBS
i just want to say that a good portion of the people there tonight completely lacked show etiquette. my friends & i were up towards the front & when the pillows came on, we could barely stand because everyone shoved themselves as close as they could to the stage. if there's other people on all sides of you, pushing your way to be able to see the band a little better IS NOT A GOOD IDEA. standing was hard because people kept shoving the person in front of them. breathing was difficult because i had three different people's elbows jabbing into my diaphram. my other friend fell over because there was no room to stabilize herself & no one helped her up. we were all on the verge of passing out. there was an easy solution to this. take a couple steps backwards! people go to shows because they want to enjoy the music, but it's hard when you're afraid of passing out or falling & getting trampled because people don't care.
That would kick sooooo much ass.
Unless he's reffereing to their appearence at Anime Central in may....Which I would go to, but it's expensive. Plane tickets to chicago are only $99, but then there's the matter of getting food and transportation and hotel rooms...There WERE discount rooms at the hotel the convention is being held at, but they're already booked, so If I were to go, I'd have to pay a cab to get to the place and yadda yadda yadda....

It's gonna be pretty cheap when it comes out, so I'm gonna buy it. Is it good, though?

It's freakin' awesome. It's 75% Engrish, 25% Japanese; 100% rockin' goodness.

Some people should stop complaining, as uncomfortable as it was, it was such a great performance that i barely noticed. All my attention was focused on the pillows, not the sweaty kid's elbow in my face. Arent all concerts like this too?

More Pictures of the Knitting Factory Concert
Hey, I'm new to this forum, but I just thought I'd share my love for the Pillows, and some pictures we got from the concert.
There are a lot, so stick with me.
First, some pictures of Sawao setting-up.

Finally, something I've been waiting my whole life for...

I'm on the left, my friend Yujoon is on the right.
And some more of my friends get pictures with Sawao...

My shirt, signed by Sawao, with a sketch of Buster-kun... I feel so lucky.

Yuj's shirt, with what we're guessing is a sketch of Sawao:

It was really an amazing show. I just wish they could have played more shows in New York, or longer, heh. I miss them already. I hope they do another three hour anniversary concert at some point.

I will have my pics up in a few days, getting them developed tomorrow.
In the pic of manabe pointing to himself, bottom left corner is the tip of my hat.

Haha, that's awesome man. It's always great to see yourself in other people's photos.
I hope a lot more people post pictures here, and maybe some more videos. :x
