Well, near delete on a regular keyboard is a button that says "Prt Scrn"
hit that when you want to capture the screen and then open a picture editor[MS Paint is what I use] and then hit "paste", then your picture will appear and you can save it.

Only if they have some protection crap on them.
Just run the videos in Windows Media Player and you will be able to.

Some media players like BSPlayer or VLC allow you to take screen caps by pressing a single button.

Same here. I only buy stuff that I really like, and this is especially important with Japanese music because CDs are so dang expensive.
