got my copy just ten minutes ago. It came with the pink mini calendar (I ordered from HMV). The sound quality is GREAT. The backup harmony vocals for Scarecrow are really good. I'm liking this single more now that I have it and have heard it full quality. 8)

Also, the minicalendar is interesting. It has busterkuns on some of the days, and some of the days are colored differently.

The busterkuns are on the following dates:
08/16 (sato's birthday, black buster)
09/16 (birthday of the pillows, green buster)
10/02 (manabe's birthday, white buster)
12/07 (yamanaka's birthday, orange buster)

The dates colored differently are Japanese holidays:
04/30 (? Not sure)
05/03 (Constitution Memorial Day)
05/04 (Greenery Day)
05/05 (Children's Day)
07/16 (Marine Day)
09/17 (Respect-for-the-Aged Day)
09/24 (Autumn Equinox)
10/08 (Health and Sports Day)
11/03 (Culture Day)
11/23 (Labour Thanksgiving Day)
12/24 (Christmas Eve)
01/01 (New Year's)
01/14 (Coming-of-Age Day)
02/11 (National Foundation Day)
03/20 (Spring Equinox)

EDIT: The DVD is absolutely awesome.

The solo for Scarecrow wasn't messed up, just completely different. I'm not quite sure whether I like this one better or not, but it felt more like Manabe was really into it, and there was a lot of emotion apparent. On the last chorus part, Sawao was almost crying, there was so much emotion in his voice. It was really freaking awesome.

The setlist for that show:
Another Morning
kuchuu Resister
tsuyogari
Babylon tenshi no uta
I KNOW YOU
Scarecrow
Third Eye
sono mirai wa ima
Hybrid Rainbow

There's something written underneath Hybrid Rainbow, but it's too small to read.

Also, from watching the DVD, it seems like the shaky voice crap is caused by three things: how much he is moving around while playing, how much he's straining his neck upwards in a bad position for singing, and how much breath he has left. His voice on the performance of Hybrid Rainbow was literally amazing. I haven't heard him sing this well on live performances, period.

Got the single today and I'm really pleased with it. The production quality is way better than MY FOOT and Sawao's vocals are better than anything in years. I really hope Sawao keeps the effects and overdubbing on his voice to a minimum on the new album.

I was a bit disappointed in BOYS BE LOCKSMITH. It's one of those songs that's great for the first few listens but gets old quickly, just like a lot of their recent songs. Tsuyogari however was pretty great. I enjoyed it far more the Mr. Children's original. Overall, I'm glad I bought this single.

Boys Be Locksmith remind me of weezer. Which isn't a bad thing at all. It's not their best b-side but it's definately not their worst.

That guy sings like he doesn't even have a mouth, just a big nose.

I'd like to repeat myself and agree with Marekenshin. The solo isn't messed up at all and to me it sounds like way harder to play than album version. I think I like solo a bit more than on single, but then again - it wouldn't really work on single(I mean studio) recording.

And the emotion, yes.. It makes me want to cry too.
