As one of those dudes who was all, "Man, it sounds like a bad 'One Life'," I'd like to correct myself: it sounds like a mediocre "One Life," but the solo's pretty cool. Also I enjoyed the video.

EDIT: Also, the intro's pretty sweet. For a minute it made me like the song.

I wasn't too impressed by the short version or the live, but somewhat to my surprise this sounds really good. Manabe plays a great solo on this, and his tone on the LP Special is the best I've heard since about the Little Busters era. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the new album.

OK, I redownloaded, and it was still messed up, so Mare sent me the file directly through AIM. It's weird, but it just isn't playing right on my computer. And my other songs are fine. So it doesn't seem to be a problem with the file. I don't get it, but oh well. :P
I guess I'm the only one that doesn't like the solo. It doesn't really seem to fit the song that well. At least it doesn't follow Manabe's typical solo style, I suppose. I'm...rather indifferent to the song as a whole. I like it, I guess. 1life4life. I kid, I kid.
i actually thought it was great because it wasn't a typical pillows solo.

It sounded exactly like something Manabe would do to me.

well, it's not COMPLETELY atypical... but c'mon... you guys know what a manabe-solo feels like and this one doesn't quite feel like a manabe-solo.

Well i mean, the pillows haven't had a really long guitar solo for a while now, not an epic one like Happy Slave or Strange Chamelon that is. How i long for them to do something like that again

Happy bivouac's solo wasn't really epic... My Foot had a solo of decent length.

You're right it did, but of course it was behind other great solos on the awesome scale. Maybe there could be a few other decent sized ones from the last 3 albums that i'm forgetting, but i really can't remember right now, nothing striking me at the moment besides possibly Good Dreams (song)
