I got the DVD today!!

Kinokuniya (the book store attached to Uwajimaya) was pretty much closed (the drop-down door has half down), but my dad and I ventured in anyways. Asked if they had the new pillows. DVD. "Ah...pirouzu?" And he showed us the way.

I got the last one, man. LOSTMAN GO TO AMERICA. It's beautiful. I totally did not expect them to have it. Hell, it's two days after the release in Japan!

It's very similar to the way the last USA DVD was made. Not so great on the film or sound quality. Some focus on the "documentary" aspects of it. It's too bad there aren't subtitles. Many of their adventures looked very funny/interesting. Oh, and there's optional commentary throughout the entire DVD. And I noticed that Jun's arms are just like mine! <3 skinny skinny.

The song list does indeed feature complete songs...although the footage is really unbalanced from the different shows. New York has 5, Seattle has 4, San Francisco has 1, Chicago has 2, ad LA has [b]10.[/b]

The "bonus track" is a featurette on the Mexico part of the show.

By far the best part was seeing the Seattle show footage. Sawao talks about his seven problems (the mosquito bites), and how Jun never got any, even though they were in the same room. "Maybe...Maybe I am popular." And when the camera goes through the line waiting outside the Crocodile Cafe, it passes by me and disco! We are like: ::manabe salute!!::

This DVD, although 916 and BotP beat it in terms of sheer quality...it fucking rocks.

Haha, nice. It's not everyday that one makes it onto a band's DVD. You should at least rip the Propose vid and uploads to YouTube.

for me, i would have been able to get it except for the fact that the goddamn student agency I work for DIDN'T PAY ME on my most recent check. I'm going to quit at the next paycheck. This is not the first time those fuckwhores have not gotten me money and put me in a tight spot. I barely had enough to get my textbooks.

I was on the Los Angeles show, so it was great seeing them all again. But I can see why people dislike that. One Life came out great, just like Last Dinosaur.

SF gets only one song? :\

Oh well, at least it's a good song. Any sightings of fat Irish guys during the SF segment?
