Many pillows albums and singles covers are pictures, such as Rush, Carnival, Happy Bivouac, etc. But where do these pictures come from? Especially since most of them feature Caucasians.

The HB singles and album cover have a similar theme, so they probably just saw a photographer whose style they liked and then commissioned a few shots, then used them for cover art. I have no idea really but this would seem consistent with the guy they found to do the Sono Mirai and Good Dreams covers, also some of my favorites.

Most of the "fancy" commercials are done with Caucasians. When I was there, my step brothers were almost in a commercial, but we were leaving in 3 days, so they didn't do it.
