I lied that I like listening to her album more...? My honesty weeps tears of shame.

her solo album is way too standard of a pop album.

Standard? >< Other than being maybe slightly less creative in individual songs, using a drum machine, and coming off as more feminine, Mirrors still sounds more like a Supercar album than anything else...
BUT I never said it was better than anything made by the whole band. I just enjoy listening to it more as a whole than some of Supercar's albums. For instance, Futurama has 16 tracks, and rarely, if ever, can I get through all 16 in one go. It's just that, even as inventive as they are, many of their songs can be repetitive. Though OOkeah!!, on the other hand, does fill my ears with pure awesomeness from start to finish.

i love all of supercar's stuff, they're definitely one of my favorite groups. I have to say that the other day I tried to decide what my favorite single was. I can't pick. Every single single they made was amazing. Some of the songs on the albums that I listen to less often do seem to lack anything that makes them stand out, but I felt the same way about "lonesome diamond" and "noboranai taiyou" at first.
For somebody new to the band, I really would suggest downloading "A," the singles collection.

I finally checked out this band via YouTube...
With the "Be" PV.
FREAKIN' CRAP is that a way to get introduced to a band. One of the most extreme music vids I've ever seen. Maybe not such a big deal, but when you don't know what to expect, it's a bit shocking. Betcha the director is a fan of Battle Royale.
I'll have to listen up on more stuff soon (aka, when Mare gets internet access again). I must admit, Miki is one of the best looking ladies I've seen in Japanese rock thus far.

I started out by listening to "A" which is their singles / greatest hits collection - good place to start.
Anyway, hit me up on AIM if you want, but most of their stuff is easy to find; I got the whole disco. on Soulseek.
And I can't say this enough, please buy yourself the "Last Live" DVD if you have even the slightest interest in their music...it was beautiful

I plan to buy the last live. I saw the final song from that performance, and I almost cried.

I decided to try them out, so I checked slsk. I didn't get much for results, for mp3's, at least, but I saw a few PV's so I decided to download one of them, not Be...I got AOHARU YOUTH as it was the first alphabetically.
At first, I thought I was going to have a similar experience as Thinliine. I was creeped out, and not only that, but I found the song boring at first. But, by the end, I liked it, for some reason. The video was just...I don't know how to describe it. I'll try to pick up A somewhere along the line, I guess. (If I think of it, sometime maybe I will ask Last Dino on AIM, if he doesn't mind.)

If you can't get ahold of dino via AIM for it, hit me up. Both of us have the entire discography.

It's all about Three Out Change. Specifically, Cream Soda.

Here's "Hello" from Last Live. The quality / size ratio isn't that great because it wouldn't let me rip to xvid.

Just got the 10th anniversary specials, P.V.D. COMPLETE 10th Anniversary Edition and Three Out Change 10th Anniversary Edition. The 3 Out Change has two discs, one of the original album remastered and the other of previously unreleased versions of songs, specifically:
cream soda
(Am I) confusing you?
DRIVE
PLANET -the end of childhood-
Lucky (Live at Gigantic)
RIGHT NOW (Live at Gigantic)
Trash & Lemmon (Live at Gigantic)
I'm ripping it and will be glad to hook anybody up that wants it. So far just the unreleased tracks ripped, I'll get the album itself later. If anybody wants, I can rip at higher quality as well.
The lyrics booklet doubles as a pretty sweet poster, and has the chords for all the songs as well.

disc two (rare/unreleased):

Also, I just realized today that all the lyrics were written by the lead guitarist. I wonder why he wasn't in the spotlight more.
