http://www.geneonanimemusic.com/products/myfoot.htm It still says "The Air Lesister".
Lol, this is Hilarious because the back of the CD says Air Resister in plain english characters. Maybe it's because I don't know what a Lesister is, but its hilarious.
I also think you guys are starting to be a little crazy on the Japanese CD Release > US CD Release. They seem the same to me. I would buy Domestic if I felt reassured that it was being released, and released the same time, but I buy Japanese releases (because 95% of them never make it here)... but heck, I don't know if its true or not, but you guys are saying better paper is worth 10 more dollars.
I'd be happy to pay $13 for a US Pillows CD (if I didn't already have it), even if it was a new arrange mix of CDs I already have, over $30 from importing it. Plus it lets companies know that we do like the Pillows, and not just the anime or whatever.
Also, didn't anybody buy the Pre-release versions on the tour? I thought those were the Genon versions because they were charging ~$15 (about), that should be proof of any mistakes or not.

the japanese 'r' sound is really somewhere between 'l' and 'r'. it's easy to confuse the two in english for them.
i don't think anyone is saying they'd gladly pay $10 more for a better booklet. it was just mare's preference. the domestic releases for the pillows have been coming out much later than the original, and, information on the domestic releases hasn't been available until much later as well. so, naturally people who want the album right away are going to buy the original.
even if they start releasing both versions on the same schedule, i'll still buy the original because i'm a snob, and because i want the original kanji lyrics. though i'm morbidly curious as to how well they translated 'my foot'.
but you're right... if we want more of a pillows presence in the US/abroad, we gotta buy the domestic. i doubt they have any way of knowing how many japanese CDs get sold internationally.

Everytime I go to the CD store and ask if they have "My Foot" the clerk thinks I'm pranking him/her.

I know that, I'm sure everyone knows this, that's the most common confusion people know about
I even mess up my Ls, Rs, Bs, and Vs often talking, but I just thought it was funny the American part of Genon made the mistake when it is written as "Air Resister" on the back of the Japanese CD. Usually its Americans that make fun of engrish mistakes, but this time its the Americans making an engrish mistake from something where a mistake couldn't have been made.
I'm sure they only had the kana of the names when they created the site, so had to do the best they could.

geneon most likely copy/pasted the list before the correction was made. the first-press japanese CDs actually say 'lesister'. i assumed you'd known that and you were just amused by the l/r mistake.

I stopped by a local FYE, they didn't have it... You can get them off the retailers websites, but shit, it's not the same as walking into a music store and finding it.
Penalty Life and FLCL OST 3 were there, though. I guess the product has to trickle down through the major retailer locations, like major shopping malls, until a few copies gets shipped to smaller town locations. IF.
Hopefully, many of us will someday get the chance to find pillows records indexed under /p/, instead of the "anime soundtracks" section. What would be a good international record label that they could possibly move from King to?
Oh, and I finally saw that sticker... It's on PL.

That underwater world thinger is kinda cool, though. I'll probably be visiting the mall in a week or two. Anyone know if the underwater thing is still open?

Ouch... Vacationing to a mall. Not a very fun premise for poor folks like me.
Off topic, but I got to go to Dorney Park in Allentown PA. It had some good rollercoasters, but shit, they make you pay for the water park even if you don't intend to go. Kennywood is the best PA park, by a landslide. Thunderbolt, Jackrabbit, Racer, Phantom's Revenge, all made from the finest ground win and freshest brewed awesome.

wait...didn't i just read elsewhere that you were going to seattle soon? Travel much?
And yeah, i believe it's still open...though i've never been to it.
I did however get my picture taken with the mascot "sharky" or some such at a random place in the mall while dressed up as a ninja w/ another friend...we got kicked out of the mall about 2 minutes later, though...apparently we looked like "terrorists"

Going to Minnesota to see family. Going to do some things in Minneapolis while there.
Flying from Minneapolis to Seattle to stay with my mom's cousin.
Next day, taking the ferry over to Victoria on Vancouver, and then driving even farther north to visit my dad.
Then doing it all in reverse to get back home.

For my eighth grad trip they took us to Hershey Park on the last day of the trip. Lot of good rides, just really long lines.
