I bet Sawao could do it.
I like how Shin and Manabe just sort of keep playing and get a little ending riff in there, though.
Exactly!

This kinda of shit happens at punk shows all the time. Which didn't surprise one bit that the guy did that. Twice. Usually the band invites people up there. And sometimes kids just get up there by themselves for less than a minute. Of course there is security guarding the band. Which surprised me here at the Whisky. The place is famous in LA. Why they didn't have security just surprises me. They had 2 fatass' in the back making sure no one blocked the way. But that was their only job I guess. I was expecting those guys to take ROSS guy out, since you'd think that would be their job. But they just looked on. And pushed the crowed closer to the stage.

As I told Kimi earlier today, I hope that the managment/owner gave an apology to the pillows because of that guy. But you can bet that the pillows are not going to play the Whisky next time they come.

Also, for those complaining about the Nü metal bands, the Whisky is famous for being a heavy metal venue. I mean, there was a sign above the gear loading door that read: "Miller High Life welcomes back Montley Crüe! Home Sweet Home!" Of course, not all the bands playing last night were that genre and it could have been just that this was the only night those bands could get to play the Whisky.

Just to add a bit. When Sawao chased the guy it was the second time that the guy had gone up.

One thing that was funny was when the security guards went out to see the line. They just said "holy shit!'

The first time the guy went up it was cool, it was between songs, not really interupting anything. He just shook hands with everyone there and then stage dived off (he should've gotten kicked out for that too, now that I think about it). The second time though...what the fuck did he think was going to happen?
that's jsut lame. so unbeleivably lame. ya know what. i hope the security team gets fired i really do. seems they really defend and protect the bands at their venue
I heard from a reliable source that they don't get paid much and have always been shitty there. My response to that is, if you don't get paid as much money as you would like, get a different job or do the one you have and quit whining about it.

They all let him join the band as "ratty hoody dude", obviously. Then, cake for all.

There was also a sign that said "If you stage dive, you go home"

This is true, however, they usually don't cuddle one of the band members in the process.
