If anyone here is willing to purchase a ticket for me, I'd really apperciate it. Of course, I'll pay you in full. Preferably at the show, in cash. The reason for this is that it looks like I'm going to the SF show and I don't want to purchase the ticket on the internet and pay an outragous shipping charge. And I certainly don't want to risk the show selling out when I get to the venue.

Contact me on AIM before 4pm (LA time) tomorrow, if you're willing to do this favor for me tonight.

They are using will-call / guest list tickets, so there is no shipping charges.

I was at the slims last week for built to spill and it's an alright place- for a club venue/resturant.
probably better than studio z ( though i've never been there) and it's bigger than bimbos- probably can fit 300 easy. the stage height is about 3 ft ( you go right up against it), though theres an annoying pole support on the left side that might block some peoples view, and theres also bar on the side- the kids can get juice
the bathrooms crappy but theres a better one downstairs where the coatcheck is.
the neighborhood sucks though

I'd do that for you no problem, but I just cashed out the majority of my checking account in order to buy pillows merch, so I don't have enough to cover what Ticket Master charges.

there's still the surcharge too... but if you go to the venue and buy it at their box office, i would think there wouldn't be a surcharge.

Well it looks like I'm actually going. I just got back from NY for a relative's wedding, and my friend called me saying that he'd bought us both tickets and got hotel reservations. Looks like we're driving to SF from Utah! Hope to see you all there (even though I wont recognize you).

I so want to go to the SF show, if I had brought my car, I would so be there. But I flew into LA, I'm stoked to see them here, but I'd be beyond happy to catch them in SF too. If anyone from LA is making the trip, please consider bringing me along. I'll pay for gas and I'm a riot once you get to know me

Hey, I like it. So what if you only have Paint? It really should be simple like that. There's no reason to do anything fancy.

Well, looky here:

http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/pressre ... hp?id=1823

A Meet-and-Greet thing in San Fran a couple hours before the concert.

Since I'm probably gonna take the BART train into the city, I theoritically could go in early if I wanted to x_X But I doubt it.

Wow, very cool. Just like last year.

I might be there. Japan Town isn't within walking distance of a BART station, IIRC. I don't drive and most of my friends are pre-occupied with trivial things like "work" or "school". I guess I could just take a MUNI bus once I get there. Eh, we'll see.
