unfortuanltey all they had were the three listed on the website. shin was wearing a sayonara universe shirt though, the one i wanted. >:[ but i settled for the buster-kun one.

lol, i don't think i saw jomei there, but i might've seen pezking, not sure though. but the concert was just, again, great. sawao was pretty funny too. he said, "I love Chicago pizza, it's good!" and then he preteneded he was eating some :P shin barely said anything, as usual, when he was introduced. manabe showed everyone how to do the manabe salute too. and it was cool getting to meet them after the show, i think around 30 people stuck around to see the band afterwards, and they were more than happy to sign autographs and take pics so you guys ahve good chances of getting both at the next shows

I got there about 3 hours early, and before running out to get food before waiting in line, we went to find exactly where the venue was. We got there, and lo and behold, the band was chilling outside. The highlights - my Busters on the Planet DVD I got signed at ACen, but was left Jun-signature-less because he wasn't there, I got filled in. I also got my HB sleeve signed by everyone else.

The best part... while I was doing this, my girlfriend and her friend walked up to Manabe. My GF (...did I just say "GF?" What the hell) went up to him and noticed he had some pollen in his hair from the tree he was standing under. She pointed this out, and when he couldn't get it, she said "Oh, I'll get it" and reached into his hair ("his gelled hair," she adds) and pulled it out. He said "Oh, dangerous" about the tree. As he was walking away, my (here we go again) GF went to our other friend and said that she had some in her hair too. Manabe turned around, and said "See? Dangerous!" I wish I could have heard it, but by that time I was bothering Jun.

Anyways, holy crap, great concert. I'll probably rant some more tomorrow when my body is no longer numb.

I JUST got back. I actually saw them at the pizza place eating. It was pretty good concert. I think I saw Son Goshin and pezking. I saw a guy with a space ghost shirt and 1 guy with a 9/16 shirt. My arms hurt from doing the Manabe salute all night. I was doing it even before he showed everyone how.

The show was awesome. It was pretty nice seeing them hanging out before and after the show, talking to the fans and giving autographs. I was hanging out outside afterwards talking to one of the opening bands, and when the pillows came out they asked if I could give them a ride, so they took me out to dinner in exchange for giving them a ride to the restaurant and the hotel. Anyone who says they aren't nice in person has never met them, because they were a lot of fun. Sato gave me a pack of his cigarettes after I was teasing him about their name (Hope). I'll talk more later. I just got home and I should get to bed. Go see them if you live on the west coast.

Not yet. Son Goshin said he'd post it later, as a friend got a copy, but he did give a good idea of what they played on the previous page.

The setlist is on the previous page Kaze or at least a partial one is.

They didn't all ready have a ride back to the hotel? I told their Japanese booking agent that the hotel was about 9 miles away from the venue but it was the only decent one I could find them (they were going to stay at the Milshire *shudders*) because of all the conventions in town this week. I'm surprised Bojan or someone else didn't take care of it. Oh well, thanks for doing that. God damn, like I said, I knew the hotel was a few miles away but I didn't think they'd be stranded, ha ha! I wonder if they thought I would drive them? Of course I would have had I been able to make it.

So, on to my main concern. How many people were there? Did they have a good turn out? Did Logan sell out or half sell out or what? I'm hoping they did well so they come back to the midwest next time around.

Bojan said they sold 490 tickets if I remember correctly. He only had room for 2 in his van, cause it was full of Light Pollution's stuff, so he asked me and someone else to help carry the pillows and their gear.

Jesus, that had to be the greatest time of my life. I wish I could have hung out with them, but I had no idea where they would be. I noticed a lot of people didn't know what they looked like because right at the beginning, the band was walking down the street and nobody screamed or anything. Some guy was like,"Wow, I'm glad I'm not the only Asian guy here!" which led to to me saying, thats the Pillows. Also I might have heard wrong, but I think Sawao said "Thank you Seattle" but I have no gripes. It was all amazing. It was also amazing cuz I was in the front the whole time and I got to touch Sawao multiple times. When he crowd surfed, his ass landed in my hand.

That's not bad, not bad at all. What is the capacity of Logan? Isn't it like 800 or something?
