I'm not from Maryland, nor have I ever lived in Maryland, nor have I ever visited Maryland (haha, Mary Land), but I [i]am[/i] going to the concert in Chicago.

hmmm well that kinda sux... NO ONE i know will be going up there for some reason or another. so ill be by myself. that really blows but if its to see the pillows thats cool.

I'm bringing my HB booklet just in case, but I'm not counting on there being a chance for autographs.

I'm really excited about tonight, about 20 people I know are going to be there, including some people who are out of state for the summer. I'm just worried about how many tickets were actually sold...

I will NOT be there tonight people due to circumstances beyond my control. I am not happy about it in the least but I am hoping for some pictures from you kind people that are going to be there.

Also, if someone could throw some panties on stage for me I would greatly appreciate it.

I am expecting lots of pictures and videos.

So how many of you dudes/dudettes are going? I will be. I will be representing with a 9/16 shirt as well. Too bad I won't recognize anyone because I have no clue what you people look like. This show hopefully is 10 times better than ACEN.

i'll be there wearing a space ghost shirt. i just hope the dan ryan isn't that bad. i'm going to leave at 5:30 just in case it's backed up and takes forever to get there

Jomei should be already in line for the show, methinks. He told me it was an estimated 10 hour trip from his home in South Dakota and since he lives near the border of Nebraska and Iowa so he only needs to go thru all of Plat's state and half of Illinios. Yeah. I'm sure he's already sexing it up in line with some of you Chicago folios.

HOLY F*CK! that concert kicked ass!!

i just got back like 2 minutes ago. the place was electirc, people wer going nuts. the pillows put on an awesome show. i took a bunch of pictures which i'll scan tomorrow. unfortunately i didn't get a picture WITH any members of the pillows because i ran out of film.

but it's stil good because i got to meet all of them and they all signed my Please Mr. Lostman album, even though Jun was a little hesitant to sign mine and this other kid's White Incarnation

but here's the moment you've ben waiting for, the set list (in no order, i'll ahve that tomorrow unless someone else remembers before then). i was really hoping they'd play more stuff from My Foot, but only the first four tracks got into the show. that means no March of the God, no Non Fiction, and no Gazelle City. i was also hoping they'd play some other stuff like PML, Smile, maybe GD, but all they played was from the three albums used for FLCL, PL and My Foot:

but wait! there's more! my friend grabbed the set list off the stage. it turns out that there were supposed to be TWO encores, but for whatever reason there wasn't! the first encore was to contain both Advice, and get this, Propose. no joke, i'll prove it tomorrow. i was really hoping to hear that, but mabe you guys at the future tour dates will be more lucky. and in that case, please put up an Mp3 or a video so we can know waht it sounds like! i'll get pics up tomorrow though

I'm excited that I'll be seeing the Pillows again, but these setlists are kind of depressing. I never expected pre-PML stuff to be played, but I was hoping more PML was going to be performed. Well here's hoping the NY setlist will be better.
