Aren't they giving you the opportunity to download games from previous Nintendo systems for the Wii for extremely low prices? If so, maybe I'll finally be able to play Banjo-Kazooie all the way through without having to lurk around eBay to find a comparable price.

or you can just get an emulator and download the game like everyone else other than you does.
It's just an excuse for nintendo to start charging players for playing games from previous systems to squeeze as much money out of gamers as possible.

I use emulators, but instead than spending the money on a decent USB controller to play the games with, I'd much rather pay a far lower amount of money to get the game legally so I can play it on something other than a keyboard.

of course they want money... they're a commercial business.
but if most people are happy to emulate, they won't make money anyway. clearly they don't think that will be the case.

I'd pay for some games, n64's ogre battle for example. it is also sort of strange playing in the computer, not the same thing, at least for me.

The majority of Pokemon games are amazing. However, I'll be disappointed if this is just another Stadium with updated graphics...

It would be funny, in a sad way. I'm one of those Perfect Dark/Goldeneye fans, so that would be pretty devastating... Just hopefully Microsoft lets Rare do a little side work with the Wii, but I doubt Microsoft will take that leash off of Rare at this point since Microsoft is all about competing. Perfect Dark on a Wii would be a dream.
