Pretty much the most amazing song ever written.

Sorry Moon Gold. :(
I agree. Not that Moon Gold is bad, but it's my least favorite of the pre-Lostman albums.

It took me forever to like MG, but now I love it. I do like White Incarnation more, though. I can't imagine how any pillows fan could not like that album. It's a lot easier on a more casual fan, and a better way to introduce them to the old stuff.

White Incarnation is very classic rock to me for some reason. I think it's the solos. So, Moon Gold bludgeons it with a rock.

Yeah, Philippe is the coolest. I too enjoy composing for a one octave piano.

same here. while MG does have some good songs, like Kiss Me Baby, i just think that practically all the pillows' other works are better. i love all the pillows music, but MG has to be my least favorite album

Moon Gold is awesome. I love most of the songs and like the rest. I Need Somebody, Dear, my "first" step, and so many other great songs. in fact, the next cd i'm going to get will either be Moon Gold or White Incarnation. But since White Incarnation, oddly enough, is generally harder to find, moon gold will probably have to wait (sorry moon gold!).

Gave a listen for a couple of days. Smilies are out of five.

Kimi ga Iru (You Are) - :) :) :) :) (Nice chorus, great opener.)

This is my Fashion - :) :) :) (Sawao went fruity on this one. But I'll like it.)

I Need Somebody - :) :) :) :) :) (I don't like the intro, but WOW, I  the verses and the chorus of this song.)

Dear, my 'First' Step - :) :) :) :) (This is where the "drunk" sound comes in the beginning. It's not bad or anything. I really like the chrous.)

Ame ga Futtekita you na ki ga suru (I Think It'll Rain) - :) :) (Meh.)

Ame ni Utaeba - :) :) :) :) :) (You know the drill.)

Kiss me Baby - :) :) :)

Asoko he Kaeritai (I Want to Return There) - :) :) :) :) (Nice, quick-paced song.)

HARO GAARU (Hello Girl) - :) :) :) (Reminds me of "Kimi to Boku to O-Tsuki-sama")

FOREIGNER - :) :) (Decent song.)

WANT TO SLEEP FOR... - :) :) :) (I prefer the TURN BACK version, but it also doesn't have the cool ending. :( )

Sayounara Tansai Wakusei (Good-bye Third Planet) - :) :) (Not a great ender, but it will do.)

 I felt that the album goes off to a great start then goes downhill, but still holds its originality and hard work. I'd still listen to it again..

It's NOT that great of a song. He does this weird "EH. EH EH EH," thing at 0:49 and somewhere else.
