If you mean HMV, then:

Go to the home page of HMV, and click English under the pink HMV logo and “Music, Movies, Games, Good”. Then click on account, and then click on “Resister with Hmv.co.jp. Here you type your personal account information. Once you come to the spot where you’re located, there should be an international option. That should create the account, go to your account settings and set up a credit card if that’s what you’re going to use.

When you want an item, and add it to your cart. The rest should be common sense.

Update:

However, good luck getting a copy from there. I just mailed them about the delay on the book.
We are sorry for the delay in shipment.
We have found the following item has not arrived yet.

http://www.hmv.co.jp/product/detail.asp?sku=1386499

We will check once again if we are able to obtain a copy through our network of suppliers.
As soon as we receive the item from stores, we will dispatch.
However if we can not obtain the item we will cancel your order
(delete the item from your order).

We apologize for any inconvenience this late shipment may have caused you.

Yours sincerely,

HMV E-Commerce Customer Service
Ayumi Ogahara
Not sure if I'm the only one with this problem.

I just found out that Amazon Japan stocks this too. It didn't show up in my initial search because it was listed under ザ・ピロウズ.

http://www.amazon.co.jp/exec/obidos/tg/ ... 8&v=glance

It entered the shipping process about 30 minutes after I ordered it. :o

Amazon Japan lost me as a customer when their English interface didn't work in the first place. HMV wins.

Never ordered at HMV until now, I'm not cancelling my order, but I can vouch for Amazon.co.jp being rather timely in terms of satisfying my orders. It's not HMV's fault that the tab collection was extremely popular, but it is kind of annoying that we have to wait so long to get a copy.

I'm talking about when you click on "English" on the front page. Never works with the product descriptions. I'm not sure about the ordering process thought.

You could just try pasting individual pages into a translation engine. Crude, but it gets the job done.

I never saw the need for translated item descriptions since I always know what it is that I am ordering in the first place. However, because of the less expensive shipping and the point system, I would have to say that I prefer HMV.

Amazon shipped my book earlier today. :groovin:

Crude yes. But I'm too lazy to do that, too.

My book still is on order at HMV... I am so tempted to order at Amazon JP but I'll ride it out for now... :\
