Skeleton Liar has an excellent guitar solo (and a great lead guitar part) that seems to get overlooked by many people. I like Kanojo wa Kyou's solo a lot too,

yea i like the solo in I know you too.....Terminal Heaven's Rock is also good...I cant really pick favorites though

They have many great solos of course. Swanky Street has the most difficult one to play it seems (that I've heard). I like a lot of their new solos on Good Dreams though, like the one on Frontiers, and the Walkin' on the Spiral solo that makes some pretty good use of Flanger.
