Dear everyone,

I'm working on the noodles site, finally. The new layout is done (it's not up at the old URL, but it's done), and I'm starting to work on the content. So far I only have the discography, so you crazy kids should give me more stuff to put up. YEAH

Sincerely, toaster
Is This the discography you used?

It's pretty complete, if you ask me.

I missed thier performance at the knitting factory (Stupid Card!), but I heard they did good. What Ive seen on the delicious bump DVD wasnt bad either. I do have LIFE IS DELICOUS and I dig copies yesterday a good bit. I had it stuck in my head the other day.

I also think its cool when females can really kick it with the music and rock. Like HEART, so beautiful and rock so hard.

No more comparing noodles to HEART.

There are way better songs than Copies Yesterday, anyway.

It's not lack of technical skill, but boring power "chord" progressions and mediocre singing.
Don't talk about singing, Mr. Malmsteen Fan. Do we need to talk about "Now Your Ships Are Burned?"

Simple, or as you say "boring" chord progressions aren't really a problem here, either. I mean, Little Busters is basically C - G - F. Doesn't get much simpler than that, and the song is still hell of catchy. Complexity of chord progressions isn't always necessary to have a good song.

No more vague criticisms, bitch. If you're going to shit on a band that I like, you better get damned specific.
1st: Malmsteen's instrumental stuff is amazing... I agree with Jomei on the fact that his vocal stuff sucks.

2nd: The fact that you guys are arguing over something which is an opinion makes you both look childish. This is music, and not everyone's gonna like the same thing... now, I haven't listened to this 'noodles' band yet, but I'm planning on doing it as soon as possible. I may like them, I may dislike them. Either way, I'm not gonna argue with someone whose opinion differs from mine.

Wait, you mean music taste is a matter of opinion?

SOMEONE GIVE THIS MAN AN AWARD

Also: you're digging up a discussion I had with Steven, a cool but consistently controversial figure, in 2005. lol wtf?

The point of what I said is that simple =/= bad. noodles' music is generally simple, but a lot of things in it appeal to me regardless.

I haven't really listened to the song much, but I believe it's a flanger?
