I finally saw the DVD, holy shit it has some great moments in it...

gotta love the scene where they are just waking up and sato is stumbling around looking like complete shit

and the "bomber head" comment...pure greatness!

Replacing "have" with "of" is one mistake I will not let slide.

7 shows x 2 bands x at least 30 minutes per performance = minimum of 7 hours of show footage. plus another 2 hours or so at ACEN.

so they had to cut a few things.

they probably had crappy or messed-up footage as well. they didn't exactly have a full recording setup... it was mostly people running around with cameras in the audience.

True, and as has been pointed out before, it's more of a tour documentary overviewish thing, but still you'd think that they'd include at least a few more full songs, or have one of the full concerts as a bonus feature or somthing, because, well, thats what EVERYONE wants.

I don't know about that. We already have concert footage of the pillows. I think it's good that they put something a little different together that's more than just a concert DVD.

yeah. certainly more live footage would be nice, but considering this dvd is really for their japanese fans, well, those fans have seen the flcl songs live many times before. the significance of this tour is the locale.
