Dizzid is right.

Most people are all, "omfg, it's a stoopid gimmick stop reinventing the wheel nintendo," but if there was no innovation in the industry, everything would be the same and everything would be the same and boring. And if your idea of being "all interactive" is moving your wrists and occasionally your arm, you need some excersive.

How the hell are you supposed to play video games with a fucking remote control? Try thinking about it instead of just being stereotypical Nintendo fanboys who will worship whatever shit they crank out.

Fanboy's a strong word just by judging my post...

And if you've seen the video rather than having your head up your ass, the "remote" has a sensor tracking it's distance and angle from the screen. So you can look around easier and do a lot of other things as well, like aiming in an FPS, using certain actions to control the character, use the controller as a baseball bat or tennis raquet or fishing pole, sword and other melee weapons, etc. See, it's fun learn rather than be a flaming asshole.

You should take some of your own advice on flaming...

I don't see how any sane person can think that this is a good idea. While the motion sensor would be good for some games (likely only ones that Nintendo would make), I really don't see too many third party developers picking this up. So big name titles would be more likely to only appear on the PS3 and/or Xbox 360, and I'm really not sure that I'd want to buy a Revolution just to play Mario and Zelda games by waving a stick around. I do respect Nintendo for trying something different like they always have, but I think they're completely headed in the wrong direction.

My conclusion is that I won't bash or fall in love with it until I play it. I am fairly trusting in whatever Nintendo does because it's worked for them so far.

I think giving the user more control is a good idea...and I'm sane.

OK, that looks pretty awesome.

I'm glad I have to eat my words. I really don't want Nintendo to suck.

There's a video of it. That's the real controller. It's fucking fantastic.
No.. there has been fraud Revolution videos, i've seen a couple, all with different controllers.
Yes, but there's pictures/videos of Nintendo execs holding this one. But I suppose you're so skeptical as to call those fake, too.

I'm seriously surprised at the amount of phobia to change you guys are having. Every console controller innovation for the past 20 years has come from Nintendo. Granted, some were failures (Virtual Boy), but most were blatantly jacked by rivals (GOOD wireless, analog sticks, rumble, trigger buttons, etc, etc...). With the track record they have, this is a very good thing. I also get the distinct impression that some of you only looked at the pictures, and didn't actually read up on the thing. But that's cool, you know what they say about ignorance.
Phobia to change? You, are legally retarded. I said that there has been many fakes, so why do we know this one is real?

Actually, instead of arguing, just shut up.
