something funny - i got my friend negima in japanese, and i read it. i read the english version. THE TRANSLATION WAS [b]TERRIBLE[/b]!!! They LITERALLY MADE STUFF UP TO FILL IN SOME SPEECH BUBBLES! not only that, but they CHANGED what the people were saying unnecessarily, and i hate Del Rey.[/quote]
yeah, i read through some parts, and its obvious how bad the translations are. still Negima is something i have to bring to school because im now taking Latin 1 and it sorta can help me in some places...or i can just say that for an excuse to bring manga to school.
but just because they sell Akamatsu's Mangas and I can't read japanese, i gotta like them.

I've recently started to read this ridiculously long and charming manga called Hajime no Ippo, about a boy who got his ass handed to him, but when a pro boxer saved him, he wanted to become a pro too. Pretty sweet, and it's full of funny too.

Re: manga!!! Daaamn. I haven't read any manga since my early days of high school, which wad quite a while back. Same goes for anime, I really don't like it so much, but I'm glad that I saw some since they introduced me to some really good Japanese bands.
