He is sueing the ESRB because the M rating can be sold to 17 year olds, but if it has *gasp* SEXUAL CONTENT then it shouldn't be sold to people under 18 and that they should be sued to kingdom come. First of all, one year. Big FUCKING woop. Secondly, most games have this so called sexual content that has to be obtained by special means, i.e. hot coffee mod or the naked Sims thing. Also, the content is usually equivalant of a Britney Spears concert for shits sake. And I mean come on. It's poorly done nudity. Even if it was done super real, it's still only sex, a natural part of human life. They make it seem like seeing a naked woman is like murding an ass load of kittens and then beating up a bunch of nuns. Give me a break. And I know that a lot of people who play Grand Theft Auto are younger than 17. Well guess whose fault it is that little Timmy got a hold of it? And really, who gives a fuck. If people believe a kid will want kill people from playing Grand Theft Auto, they are about as stupid as the kids that blame games for their problems because they are too chicken shit to take responsibility for their own actions. If a dumbshit steals a car after playing GTA, they obviously weren't raised well. God I hate this bullshit.
