 Nasonex I'm sure I am not the only one that has noticed Sawao's voice going downhill in the last few years. In good dreams, and escpecially the 916 DVD, he sounds like he is speaking out of his nose. It is very awkward and high pitched. Also, he uses to many effects on his voice as of late.
Too much smokey? NEGATIVE!
Too old? ONLY 36!

I don't think his voice is [i]that [/i]bad. It's changed; but that's probably from aging. Also, I thought Sawao was the only Pillow member that [i]didn't [/i]smoke. I've seen Manabe & Sato light one up once in a while in video & photos; but never once Sawao (he's always the one lighting the fags; not puffing them).
I think we're looking too far into it. He should be fine. I think the next album will show him back at his top form; considering their's [i]two [/i]maxi-singles this time around.

Sawao smokes. I used to think that he didn't too, but seeing his really yellow teeth and the fact that he smokes in Colors of Life. HE'S SMOKES!!
Changing his voice was inevitable. All vocalists who sing for THAT long have to change their voices sooner or later. Hyde of L'Arc~en~Ciel has been singing for around 10 years or so. And his voice changed a few years ago too. it's just [i]going[/i] to happen. Also, a low-toned Sawao would be freaky.

If he said he sounded like he had a clogged nose it would sound better and make more sense to use Nasonex as an apt topic name.

it's different from changing from "undeveloped voice to trying to go high" and "developed high voice trying to go low". That's what I was trying to show. my bad, didn't describe it much..
