 Pillows play France?
While going thru the usual crappy praising comments on the pillows profile on myspace, I found one comment that suggested that the pillows were going to be playing a show in France. The guy also said that he knows someone who knows the owner of the bar they are going to be playing at. Thing is that he did not mention any city or date. I messaged him to further elaborate on this and he says that it is the pillows we all know and love (or hate). This is cuz I wanted to make sure it wasn't that band called "Pillows" which are from the west coast. I messaged him back asking him to ask his friend for more details.
While I don't rule out the possiblity of there being a show in France, I don't think it would happen so soon. Remember 1998 when they played in England? I'm going off of that with this show. Also, it struck me as strange that we didn't hear this first, since you can say that this forum gets most, if not all, pillows news before everyone else. Have any of our Waps read anything anywhere on the interweb? *points to Bushi and Mare*

Doesn't sound like a very reliable source. More over, this doesn't sound very likely in general. This is mostly because there is NO domestic Pillows merch in France, not even the FLCL soundtracks. In fact, I don't think FLCL has been officially released in France. That pretty much kills any chance of a French tour.
I guess you can never be sure though.

Unless they happen to be shooting the PV for Nonfiction in France, I highly doubt this is true.

the official site has nothing listed. they've got shows in japan scheduled for the 23-26, and august 15. they're also playing at a rock show in japan the 19th and 20th of august. but no news about france at all.
i tried to check the japanese bbs, but the comp i'm on isn't displaying the characters. bushi?

the official site never mentioned the Delicious Bump tour either. I wouldn't rely on that site.

Start liking France. If for no other reason the Toast. I would fly to France to see a Pillows show.
