 Puffy AmiYumi I did a thread like this on the previous site. I like them. They've got this sort of 60's surf rock meets 90's alt rock thing going on right now thanks to Andy Strumer. And their cartoon is pretty funny (Kaz = Japanese Mr. Krabs).
I saw that their coming near where I live. I want to go; but I worry that the majority of the crowd would be little kids (although I know that many college kids watch this show). Should I try to go anyway?

although i dont like their last CD much....
Nice, solo solo, an illustrated history and the hit parade are great albums!
the old albums have a beatles/disco/surf rock vibe and the last 2 are more punk oriented
i dont really like the CN show, but PAPAPAPA PUFFY in japan was very funny

Hmm .. I was starting to get into them, but they rip off [i]way[/i] to many famous/familier songs for me to enjoy(thanks to Mr. Strumer, I presume).
They have great pop songs like Boogie Woogie #5, but some stuff makes them out like a novelty group.

i have downloaded some episodes with bittorrent in the old (now extint) bunko.theppn.org tracker...
i have one w/ the DDR battle between puffy, momusu and other pop idols...
too funny!! (even if you don't get half of what they say XD)
just keep your eyes open, it might re-appear in some tracker.... maybe in soulseek you can find (im unable to use soulseek here T_T)

I haven't heard any of their music except like the ones on CN like Teen Titians and Hi Hi Puff AmiYumi. I like how they play guitar, it sounds cool.
Those pictures by the way kind of creep me out for some reason.
