i thought as much, but when i saw the link, i checked their profile on the king records site and it only mentioned that shinichirou once did some recording work in 1995.

i didn't have the patience to read that blurry profile on their new site (click where it says "the ピーズ") but looking at it now, it mentions shinichirou in 2002 (the king records summary says the same thing, without shinichirou's or anybody's name )- and it looks like that's when they reformed.

I gotta hand it to the pillows. They really have a ton more energy than I have and they're almost middle aged. They do a lot for guys their age, being in a bunch of different bands and side projects. It's really cool.

... I want a Sawao clone too...
