Just realized last night that Amazon JP won't ship the deluxe version to US...I had that and Fool on Cool in my cart and noticed FLCL had a thing in the shipping that said "this item can ship to USA" or something, and Rebroadcast didn't. Put both in my cart and went to checkout, and it gave me the error message...

CD Japan it is for me, though I did see on amazon when I translated the page it said something about a sticker. I'd imagine/hope CDJP is the same

I heard that this happened to somebody who was trying to get [i]Stroll[/i] or [i]Nook[/i] shipped to the UK. Might be because Amazon still thinks The Pillows are with Avex? (I think Avex Trax doesn't allow international shipping anymore) There really shouldn't be any reason that Amazon can't ship Pillows stuff internationally.

It seems that the versions with the Amazon Japan exclusive bonus are restricted for overseas sales. The versions without the extra will ship overseas.

Judging from the song, it sounds pretty much like an outtake from their past few albums. It's an alright song, but this is a style that they've treaded already. Hopefully, the other tracks on the album takes a different direction.

Judging by the album cover, it feels like they would play a more vintage rockier sound. Something in the period of the late 60s to early 70s. Something like psychedelic rock or even space rock. Idk, judging from the album cover, what kind of music do you busters expect from it?

Speaking of the title track + album cover, they're related. Sawao sings "雷雨の中で花火を見たことがあるかい" ("have you seen fireworks in a thunderstorm?") in REBROADCAST, so it ties in.

Yeah, this. Especially given the few previews we've heard so far (title track on the radio, Mabushii yami no melody in that trailer), I'm expecting a continuation of the style of music we saw on Stroll and Roll and Nook in the Brain. If anything, I'd expect the music will be more refined, polished, and nuanced (e.g. the anthem-like chorus of REBROADCAST with multiple vocal harmonies) than, say, most of the albums they put out on Avex this past decade.

Generally, I think Sawao is pretty much locked into the power pop rock 'n' roll style at this point, and judging from recent interviews, I doubt he has any interest in musical exploration anymore. Seems like he's pretty happily in the groove of writing lots of songs and generally living that rockstar life.

What's a "clearfile?"

Is there any way to get it without a proxy? (As Amazon JP wouldn't ship the DLX version overseas? I forget if CDJP did.
