Neither do I. It was to see the pillows. The things I do for them.

alas in these Star Wars(I, II, III) when someone is killed with a light saber there is no blood.
of course not, the skin is already sealed off by burns. ack.. i forgot the word for that.. >.< it saves on the budget and ratings. =]
to cauterize.
saw it last night. george lucas writes scripts like a five year old. okay, i knew that already, i guess i was in denial...
maybe i'm getting too smart, but the falling ship at the beginning bugged me. while the ship is still in space, it must generate its own gravity or everyone is going to be weightless, and either way it doesn't matter which way the ship is pointed. -____-

^ that pissed me off too! I turned to my friend and said "this is ridiculous. in zero-gravity, the ship (a) wouldn't be pulled towards the planet at that speed unless it was VERY close, and (b) would rotate AWAY from the hole, because of the explosive force of the atmosphere decompressing."
And actually, I liked three better than one by a lot, and a bit better than two. but i still like the original trilogy the best.

My big problem was the ease of Grievous' death. Obi-Wan didn't even try when Grievous had four lightsabers. What's up with that.

Hayden Christiansen still can't act or George Lucas can't direct.
Both of those statements are true I have determined. The other actors did a good job simply because they're good actors, because Lucas obviouslly didn't "direct" them at all. He's not even a good screenwriter either, because the dialouge and plot jumps are hideous: ie. "she's dying because she lost the will to live"--what the hell is that? i'll tell you exactlly what that is, stupid ass writers that said to themselves "hmm, well... I don't feel like thinking of a good way to make Padme die, so let's flash our 'creative license' and write this completely idiotic line of dialouge that will solve the problem". Good going guys, now every moron with a 5th grade literacy/writing education thinks they can be a screenwriter for a huge movie like Star Wars.
George Lucas is only good at making up stories, not at telling them, making movies about them... just making up the ideas of the stories. People like to think that the director of a movie calls all the shots and is responsible for everything, and he/she gets all the credit for the movie if it becomes really popular. This is the case sometimes, but 4 out of 5 times it really isn't. There's more than enough people to make up for the director's incompetancy and thus turn out a decent movie. Hell, a good editor can turn super 8 home movie footage into 'Schindler's List' if you give him enough time.
As for Episode III, I was really hoping for more epilogue. I mean, everyone knows that Anakin had to become Vader, who had to live through the big fights, where Luke and Leah grew up, etc. But there's like 20+ years from the end of Ep III til the start of Ep IV, and I wanted to see SOME of that. Just a shitty montage would suffice, cause I mean come on... this is the last Star Wars, and there should have been some sort of extra info jammed in there for fan service if not anything else. Then again all the other movies have huge ambigous ending points, so this ending fits with them in that aspect.

xtsquintx, supposedly there's going to be an animated series that takes place between Episodes III and IV, or so I've heard.
I'll see the movie....sometime. And I'll be sure to go in with reserved expectations.

Saw it yesterday. Had to pee during the entire thing, and didn't want to upset 80 people by climbing over them to get to the bathroom. god, I was glad when it was over.
