Since Vol.1 had a thread, Vol.2 should as well, because these albums are LIT.

Volume 2 features the albums RUNNERS HIGH and Happy Bivouac. Every track from both albums will be included in the tour setlists.
The tour runs from May to June with 12 shows (4 more than Vol.1!).

For those of you who will be in Japan, I highly recommend trying to go. Vol.1 was fantastic. And, for me, hearing the entirety of RUNNERS HIGH performed live would be a dream come true. But we're getting RUNNERS HIGH [i]AND[/i] Happy Bivouac, so it's like a mega dream.
Ticket information isn't yet available. Fanclub members will receive info in late January. It you want to go, keep an eye out for the ticket lotteries and enter immediately. I know that I'm one of the only forum regulars who is in Japan, but I see at least one random foreigner at every pillows concert that I go to, so maybe some of you are lurkin' about. Since the tour final is in Okinawa this time, I'll be shooting hard to get a ticket for the Shibuya CLUB QUATTRO show.

[b]! January 31st UPDATE ![/b]

The fan club ticket lottery starts [b]today[/b]. It runs from January 31st from 12:00 to February 7th at 12:00. Results will be announced on February 15th.
For everyone else, general ticket sales start on [b]March 24th[/b].
Also, be sure to keep a lookout for the ticket lotteries from pia, eplus, and i-tike before the general sales start.

Although not yet confirmed, vinyl pressings of both albums are expected to be released when the tour starts. If it's the same as with the Please Mr. Lostman and Little Busters records from Vol.1, the vinyl editions of RUNNERS HIGH and Happy Bivouac will be released on May 6th and will be available via King E-shop and the tour venues.

Let's hope for a fall US tour then

FLCL sequels have to air before they come back, anyway. Fall could work, if god loves us.

i know this probably wont happen but if the pillows somehow get in at least 1 3rd movement tour, a US tour, and an album tour in 2018, i will be convinced that this band will never die

It's slowly dawning on me that this is actually a reality. (At least, a very realistic probable reality.)

Sweet, the fanclub ticket lottery results came in last night and I'll be going to the Zepp Tokyo show. Originally I was going to shoot for the Shibuya one, but Zepp is more convenient for me. Here's hoping for an incredibly low ticket number.

To be honest, I can't really pick which album I prefer. But... I kinda figured that Happy Bivouac would get a lot of votes, so I'll give RUNNERS HIGH some love.

Runner's High gets my vote because it's the first album I imported all those years ago. Let's See if That's True or Not still hits me right in the feels

Whatever you pick it's crazy to think they released both of these albums in the same year, and even changed bassists in-between.

I got my tour tickets in the mail yesterday. They're my first fanclub tickets. The number is pretty low. I think I'll be able to get close up to the front with these.

Just do what Tomoyuki did at the 25th anniversary and run when your number is called lol. I felt kinda weird running past a bunch of people. Then more awkward trying to squeeze further towards the front since he got ahead of me.
