Yeah, Another Morning was the highlight imo.

Re: Radio: Listening and Recording (Help Mafu)
I'm pretty sure I saw some Fukuoka servers on the list earlier, so I'll see if I can try to record that tonight. Will have to look into how to schedule a recording instead of just staying up super late, methinks, but my internet may go out during if I go to bed and leave it. :/

Re: Radio: Listening and Recording (Help Mafu)
Good job, Spike! Another Hokkaido program played the performance of Another Morning and One Life a few days ago, but if Little Busters and Lostman are live versions, that’s new material. I’ll be uploading my portion of the bounty sometime this week if I have time.
Don’t worry about the Kumamoto FMK show and the Osaka one. Those should be available in “time free” form after they broadcast. Not sure about the Fukuoka one.

Re: Radio: Listening and Recording (Help Mafu)
Hey, cool notes from Sawao's bit (all paraphrased, NOT TRANSLATIONS) "Even though we just finished up this tour, we already started doing sessions for new songs." "There are songs from 20 years ago like Hybrid Rainbow and Blues Drive Monster that we still play all the time but there are songs that when I sing I'm kind of like wow did I really feel like the lyrics I wrote back then? that felt a little embarrassing, but there were also songs where it was the total opposite, and I felt a lot of pride singing them on the stage." Then he talked about the 3rd movement vol. 2 coming up and how they're also going to do their usual new year's countdown show; then about how he meant to start jogging but has been really slacking off...getting to that age where he needs to take care of his body so he's hoping to start running more and "shape up" in 2018. Look forward to the tours and to hearing about more new songs, he says. Thanks for the rip/upload. Good quality, good performances. Shame that they didn't broadcast the full songs for One Life and Lostman, but still cool stuff.

Re: Radio: Listening and Recording (Help Mafu)
I didn’t notice because they only mentioned the correction on social media, but the FMK Radio Busters program was last night (26th), not tonight (27th). That’s why the show I wasn’t aware of aired last night. I was able to record it via the “time free” version, so all is good. I’m recording the Fukuoka program now. I think they only played Strange Chameleon. Edit: Yes, just Strange Chameleon, and they cut it off. Lame. The other ones that I have collected are complete performances. FM Fukuoka bites.
Hopefully the Osaka show will play new material. It’s on late at night Japan time, but I’ll take a shot at recording it by leaving my laptop on with a proxy. I think it will be available time free if recording fails, though.

Re: Radio: Listening and Recording (Help Mafu)
Welp, this is not going great. I can once again find the server on the VPN Gate main site page, showing that it is in fact active...but my SoftEther client won't show the Osakan server, just like it wouldn't display the Fukuoka one. I've managed to get a manual connection settings attempt to actually take in my client (yesterday I couldn't get it to un-grey out the OK box), but I'm not getting something right on the settings information and can't connect. Lawl.
Osaka server on VPN Gate: vpn401333527.opengw.net 153.136.99.70 (p2124070-ipngn200704osakachuo.osaka.ocn.ne.jp)
My problem seems to be that I can only connect to these serves via UDP rather than TCP, but I can't find a way to manually set up a connection using UDP thus far, so even if I get all the right information in, I won't be able to tell as the TCP connection will fail. Sorry for not trying to figure this out the other week, but I have thrown a few solid hours at it thus far...
EDIT: got it, my busters. I connected to an entirely different server and it redirected me to the Osaka server listed above lmao: vpn712664547.opengw.net 126.169.47.46 (softbank126169047046.bbtec.net)
Recording, hopefully they didn't play any tracks in the first chunk of the show.
Double Edit: Best quote: "mainichi karee taberareru nara tabetai" HELL YEH CURRY LIFE

Re: Radio: Listening and Recording (Help Mafu)
Okay; sorry for the dramatic wait there - I had to head out to run an errand and it took longer than expected, so I got back an hour after the program ended. Connection stayed stable, surprisingly (I actually saw a truck for the internet company in my neighborhood several days back, maybe they finally fixed things), and I got the rest of the show from when I started recording about 40 minutes in. Only song they played was Strange Chameleon, from the Osaka Big Cat show - can't remember if Mafu already had that one or not, but they broadcast the full, glorious song. 320 kbps (17 MB): https://mega.nz/#!2lBiCJSC!thMGsPlKDT-l ... 3wUjoFecacv0 (11 MB): https://mega.nz/#!H4ZnjKDZ!RgiUcB9hvgjz ... c9OgQ6WFCg

Re: Radio: Listening and Recording (Help Mafu)
The Tokyo FM show played Little Busters. (I got it.)
Another show date has been announced:
1/1 16:00-18:55 northwave 82.5FM “XROSS JAM”. This show will play audio from the Penny Lane show. Might be a dupe. This is a Hokkaido station.

Thank you, Marekenshin and Spike. I tried to get the stations to come in and I couldn't figure it out.

Re: Radio: Listening and Recording (Help Mafu)
So one trick is to look at the VPN Gate main page, which lists the servers, and search for parts of city or region names, like "osaka," "fukuoka," "tky," etc. and you should be able to identify a few servers to look for in the VPN Gate server list via SoftEther. Sometimes even though they show up on that page, you won't see them in your list; if that happens I would suggest just trying through the non-obvious ones (like the softbank one I mentioned above) and refreshing the radio listening page for each one until you maybe get lucky. Because of these complications, it's better to get on at least 15 minutes ahead of the show to try and make sure you're connected if you want to listen or record.
1/1 16:00-18:55 northwave 82.5FM “XROSS JAM”. This show will play audio from the Penny Lane show. Might be a dupe. This is a Hokkaido station.
So we got January 1st at 2 am EST/December 31st at 11 pm PST for our start times there. We're doing a music festival on the weekend for our new year's stuff, so I'll be at home with the wife just hanging out and can aim to help on this one pretty easily.

Re: Radio: Listening and Recording (Help Mafu)
1/1 16:00-18:55 northwave 82.5FM “XROSS JAM” was the 札幌 PENNY LANE 24 Another Morning & One Life performance again.
No more scheduled shows for now. I'm a bit disappointed in the selection. It would have been nice to hear some of the less common songs. Oh well, still pretty cool.
