Re: Favorite songs you listened to in 2015
Haha, I was thinking I would start a thread like this and here you already have one.

Here's my 2015 playlist. Songs I listened to a lot, or representing bands I saw, or just songs I discovered. It's dance/pop heavy because I've just been in that kind of mood to listen to something energetic recently...
I could use some new music, saving your playlist for later!
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... lLssZlUrmiSnakehips - Forever (Part II) -- the dancers in the video got my attention, and I like the song.
Grimes - Genesis -- I'd heard of her before this year but have been listening to her more lately. Wispy vocals with sometimes trippy electronic stuff. Don't mind the weird video.
Calvin Harris ft Ellie Goulding - Outside -- dancy stuff but I like the bittersweetness of this. And I like almost any dance song from Ellie.
B.O.B. ft Rivers Cuomo - Magic -- it's just catchy, yeah.
Weird Al Yankovic - Tacky -- can't nothing bring me shame. So much fun and this video is awesome. I went to his show.
La Roux - Paradise is You -- just beautiful. The song makes you picture paradise.
Martin Solveig - The Night Out -- more catchiness and energy.
Zion ft Jory and Ken-Y - More -- aaaand now for some reggaeton. Gets caught in my head and makes me want to dance.
Cut Copy - Meet Me in a House of Love -- some more nice dance stuff.
Dropkick Murphys - I'm Shipping up to Boston -- This popped up to my attention before I took a trip to Boston, then I listened to it a time or five or ten...
House of Hamill - Fierce Cottage -- Celtic-ish stuff, sadly they don't have anything else up on Youtube or an album for sale yet, I saw them play and they were lovely.
Pixies - Greens and Blues -- saw them this year, they killed it. Reminds me I need more Pixies in my life.
The Strokes - Machu Picchu - also saw them
Grace and Tony - The Chameleon -- awesome bluegrass?? or something, it's good.
