I really like the the Dohatsu heaven cover of "I'm on fire"... so upbeat and cheerful. Pretty rad.
And Mukai's poolside cover is also spot on.

Lukewarm Wind afaik, but that one is instrumental. There's an acoustic version I have from who knows what. If there's a version of Poolside with electric guitars and Yoshi singing, I'd like to know about it.

I saw a live performance on youtube, but that was it. Didn't see a studio version. Hmm.

Re: Bloodthirsty Butchers Man, I wonder if Sawao played shows with Blood Thirsty Butchers back in the day. Back when the Coin Locker Babies were around. They have a very similar style, if you compare the earliest Sawao projects to the earliest Butchers stuff. And they were both up in Hokkaido in that weird hair-metal, punk thing in the late 80s.
Perhaps that's where Sawao knows Yoshi from. Perhaps that why the pillows were on this tribute album. I dunno. Just talkin'.

Now that BtB is, well, over and done with... what are the members up to? Tabuchi probably has other gigs (Toddle), but what about the other two?
