Fuck I mean Drum Midi, where you download a file onto a music making software and the "tabs" are listed
What song are you trying to do? There are some pillows songs in GP-form that you could steal the midi drums from. If you need a custom job, I can do it for you. For a small fee.

Re: The Pillows 25th Anniversary Dance & Cover Contest?
Yeah, there's no drum midi that I know of for it. But I can produce a high quality one for you, if you need it.
Here's a cover of Boat House I did. It'll be this quality:

Edit: I'll do it all by ear so it'll be extremely accurate to the original drum part.

Re: The Pillows 25th Anniversary Dance & Cover Contest?
So I was wondering everyone's opinion if it was a good or bad idea to do one over their covers in the cover contest? Also anyone know what effects they use in Sitting on a paper moon?

Delay: Analog delay on vox (start the delay time at 109ms, roll off the highs, set the repeat knob to 20% and work from there). Not sure about the guitars you may have to experiment on that one. I believe the delay setting for the guitar in the beginning is in self-oscillation mode (turn the repeat knob to max, set the delay to a much slower setting like 250ms). Reverb: The drums sound a little gated, and little reverb on the vox (i'm thinking plate style reverb).
Flanging: can be heard after the solo and outro, the speed setting is slow (it makes that slushy sound or rather in effect of a jet taking off)
Compression: Maybe some compression on the drums.
Hope this helps.

Thanks I'll refer to this if I end up learning it/doing it. I'm a noob when it comes to effects.

Re: The Pillows 25th Anniversary Dance & Cover Contest?
If you're going to use the delay in self-oscillation mode, make sure you have a limiter to tame the volume of the echoes. It can get really loud to ear piercing volumes!
