Not sure if being sarcastic or not, but... we gave them a self-made tribute album last time around when we went over to Nippon. They probably just lifted the idea from that.

Anyways, I'm gonna put my heart and soul into it this time around. Last time I was just a bratty high school kid. This time, I'm ready to show the band how much I appreciate and love them.

EDIT: What I don't get, is it says they pick the winners based on views and performance...how do they account for videos posted earlier in the entry period having more views than those posted later?

My question is are they basing it on how much our video will be like a music video this time?

I'd hope not as my video editing/making skills are severely lacking! This is a cover contest not a music video contest ;P

Dunno, the concert isn't on 916, and there's a gap between July and October with no dates, so we'll see. Cause you can bet if they come to Austin I'll be going there too.

Well... looks like there's no option of doing a karaoke cover like last time.

I actually kind of hope they take into account the quality of the video. I have a really awesome idea I'd like to use for Beautiful Picture. I just really wish I was more musically inclined, my guitar playing is rudimentary at best. Maybe I can do something a cappella with some friends, or maybe make use of some synthetic instruments. Anyone know a good program to download similar to Garage Band? Regardless, my wife is due to have our first in the beginning of September, highly doubt I could get to that show anyways... but I'd love to do something like this again.

Does anybody have the file for any pillows drum medleys I could download to garageband???? It would help out a great deal! Thanks
