Yeah, Goshin. And I didn't even bring up the couple of Energia Tour shows they also recently played. They randomly pulled out a bunch of TYMT songs (Rain Brain, Biscuit Hammer, Babiron Tenshi no Shi, Ritalin 202), several b-sides (including Skeleton Liar), and a number of other songs they don't play often (No Self Control, Hibi no Uta, motherfucking That House, etc).


And looks like they changed things up a little bit with their last show.

I've also seen STALKER GOES TO BABYLON on one of the setlists too. Isn't STALKER GOES TO BABYLON basically a remix of STALKER? Unless they can play the song BACKMASKED, I find it impossible for them to play it live.

Well they couldn't completely replicate what was on the album but I'm sure they could make enough noise to do part of it... Well, Tokyo Bambi didn't had any backmasked instruments, IIRC. In STALKER GOES TO BABYLON, there's backmasked guitar, backmasked bass guitar, and backmasked/looped drums as well as backmasked vocals. If you play the song in reverse, it would probably sound like STALKER. They can probably perform a teaser of STALKER GOES TO BABYLON for the intro for STALKER, but that's pretty much it.

Back on topic, I was looking at the setlist again for the Tiny Boat tour in '95, and it seemed that they also performed Strange Chameleon in that era too. I had no idea that Strange Chameleon was even developed around the Tiny Boat tour, I wonder how it sounded back then in 1995, hmm.

I saw something on twitter from thepillowsjpn pretty much apologizing for cancelling a show, I guess thats why...

Yeah, Yamanaka strained his voice and messed it up pretty badly because of all the recent lives of the tour. Not too surprising, really. He strains his voice nearly every concert. It can be really dangerous, actually. I know vocalists who have developed tumors because of straining their voices so much.

His voice was supposedly back to normal in the next show, though. I hope he takes it easy and doesn't overdo himself.

Some minor changes to their most recent shows. Xavier and Kono Yo No Hate Made out for Bubbletown's and Another Morning.

There's a week before their next show, so time time for Sawao's voice to rest I guess.
