It's pretty obvious if you listen to it and then the one from the album. Right after it is the solo from the live version of Koi No Spy which was featured earlier in the DVD, and cut right before the solo.

Re: the pillows Set List Archive Might not be much reason other than 'they felt like playing it' lol. If you look through the archives, they do randomly play older material.
For example, they played Skeleton Liar during their three-show Energia tour in December. That was the first time they played that since a couple times in 2007. They likewise also played That House (...Immediately after Skeleton Liar at all three Energia shows. Goddamn ;___; ), which was the first time the band played it since 2008.
Etc Etc.
Also, nothing against Akanai tobira no mae de, but why couldn't we have gotten the Lostman Go To Yesterday set with Beautiful Picture instead? ;_;
